About the Centre

Established in 2022, the Agrotechnology and Rural Development Centre (ARDC) at Adamas University serves as a multidisciplinary platform dedicated to translating advanced biotechnology research into field-ready agricultural and rural applications.

Our core objectives focus on designing low-cost soilless plant cultivation setups, researching smart agrosensors, providing skill development courses for marginalized farmers, and driving collaborative environmental projects in vulnerable eco-regions such as the Sundarbans.
